Welcome to the LOVE month! I want to encourage you to LOVE yourself, your body, and your baby with coconut oil. The fatty omegas are so good for your brain, try sautéing veggies with it, put it in a smoothie, or take a spoonful and let it dissolve on your tongue. The brain will appreciate you eating it so will the skin.
You will be lubing from the inside out, helping the elasticity that you need to stretch hopefully without marking. Try rubbing the belly, booty, hips. thighs, breasts, you can even put it on your face. I recommend you do this at night then put on old clothes that you won't mind getting oil into, if you are moisturizing your face before night you can put a towel down to protect your pillow.
Around week 36 you can start using it for perineal massage to help avoid tearing or an unnecessary episiotomy. The perineum is the area between the vagina and the anus, keeping this area supple is very important. Coconut oil is also a great lubricant for sex if your hormones have left you dry.
